Product Description


[pharmacology] antibacterial spectrum and antibacterial effect are similar to chloramphenicol. However, the effect on most enterobacteriaceae bacteria, staphylococcus aureus and pneumococcus was slightly worse than chloramphenicol. The mechanism of antibacterial action is the same as chloramphenicol, and chloramphenicol can cross-resistance, part of the bacteria produced by acetic acid transferase can inactivate methylsulfone. The product is absorbed quickly and completely after being taken orally, and there is no accumulation in the body after continuous medication. Sulfosfomycin is not inactivated in liver metabolism, nor does it bind to glucuronic acid. After oral administration, the contents of tissues and organs of chloramphenicol widely distributed in vivo are higher than those of chloramphenicol at the same dose (the contents in kidney, lung and liver are about 3-4 times higher than those of chloramphenicol at the same dose), so the antibacterial activity in vivo is also stronger. With prototype renal excretion (glomerular filtration and renal tubule secretion), 70-90% of the dosage was excreted within 24h.
