Nature: This product is white or yellowish powder, gradually dark when it is light, odorless or basically odorless. The crystalline or crystalline powder of a light yellow acicular. The melting point is 138-139 degrees centigrade. Soluble in chloroform, ethanol, dilute alkali and dilute acid, insoluble in water and ether. It's tasteless. Metronidazole hydrochloride is soluble in water and ethanol and slightly soluble in acetone.
The preparation method is to obtain 2- methyl imidazole (C4H5N2, [693--98-1]) from acetaldehyde and ammonia by starting with two aldehyde as starting material. Then nitration was obtained by 2- methyl -5- nitroimidazole (C4H6N3O2, [696-23-1]). Finally, methyl methimazole was obtained by methylation of two methyl sulfate. The intermediate 2- methyl imidazole can also be obtained by cyclization of ethylenediamine and acetonitrile, and 2- methyl imidazoline can be obtained by catalytic dehydrogenation with active nickel.
Use: two nnidazole has significant inhibitory effect on Trichomonas, trichomonas, trichomonas and flagellates, as well as bacteria such as necrotic anaerobic silk bacillus, Clostridium Clostridium, Staphylococcus anoracae, enterovibrio enterovibrio, and Treponema. It is an effective drug for the treatment of Turkey black head disease and pig's red dysentery.
