Description

The antibacterial spectrum and antibacterial activity of this product are slightly better than that of methylamycin, and have strong antibacterial activity to a variety of gram-positive bacteria, gram-negative bacteria and mycoplasma. This product is highly sensitive to streptococcus, methyfloxacin resistant shigella, salmonella typhi, klebsiella, escherichia coli and ampicillin resistant haemophilus. The bacteria can produce acquired resistance to fluorbenicol and show cross resistance to methylsulfonycin, but the bacteria and this product are still sensitive to chloramphenicol resistance due to the inactivation of acetyltransferase.

It is mainly used for the bacterial diseases of cattle, pigs, chickens and fish, such as bovine respiratory diseases caused by pasteurella, haemophilic bacillus, cattle infectious corneal conjunctivitis, pig actinomycotic pleural pneumonia, and fish percussion disease. It can also be used to treat milk mastitis caused by various pathogenic bacteria.

Strong bactericidal force, broad antibacterial spectrum (negative bacteria, positive bacteria, red body, coccidia, mycoplasma, etc.) reduce the generation of drug resistance. After oral administration, the effective blood concentration can be maintained for 40-48 hours after one dose. The bioavailability was as high as 95-100%, the drug concentration in lung tissue was 90% of the blood drug concentration, and the drug concentration in tracheal cavity and alveoli was higher than the blood drug concentration.
